Bohdan Prylepa, the owner of cryptocurrency exchanges Coinsbit, Qmall, and other platforms, has been placed on Ukraine’s wanted list on charges of large-scale fraud and embezzlement of client funds exceeding one billion hryvnias. Among the victims are citizens from several European countries, and the withdrawn funds were allegedly intended for purchasing drones for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Ukrainian investigators are currently working with their European counterparts, while Prylepa remains in hiding in Dubai.
